Welcome to Daniel Phelan Language Academy!

It is an honor and privilege to serve as the principal of such an incredible school community. At Daniel Phelan, we believe every child deserves to feel welcomed, challenged, supported, and inspired every day they walk through our doors. Our students are at the heart of every decision we make, and together with our families and staff, we are committed to helping each child reach their fullest potential.

As a dual language school, we celebrate bilingualism, biliteracy, and multiculturalism while providing students with rigorous academic experiences that prepare them for success in school and beyond. We believe that students thrive when they experience a strong sense of belonging, build meaningful relationships with caring adults, and are challenged through engaging, high-quality instruction.

Our dedicated teachers and staff work collaboratively to create classrooms where students think critically, solve problems, communicate effectively, and develop confidence as learners. We strive to ensure that every student experiences success while learning the importance of perseverance, responsibility, kindness, and respect.
