Hello Phelan Families,
On Monday and Tuesday, we will be distributing iPads to all Phelan students that will need one in order to participate in distance learning. We ask that families remain in their cars when picking up the iPad and dropping off forms. Only parents will be allowed to sign out iPads. If you need to make other arrangements for iPad pick-up, please call us at (562)789-3210.

Please fill the following form out digitally by downloading it to your device first. Then print it out at home and bring it with you on Monday or Tuesday to expedite the process. If you don't have access to a printer, we will have copies of these printed out for you to fill out at school. Bring your own pen, please.

 These forms (Meal application is by parent choice) should be filled out by all families and submitted to the Phelan office 
We need your help. Please fill these forms out digitally by downloading them to your device first. Then print them out at home and bring them with you on Monday or Tuesday to expedite the process. If you don't have access to a printer, we will have copies of these printed out for you to fill out at school. We ask that everyone fill these out whether or not you are requesting an iPad and get them to the Phelan office. If you will not be coming in to pick up an iPad, you may submit these via email at [email protected]

Hola familias de Phelan,
El lunes y martes, estaremos distribuyendo iPads a todos los estudiantes de Phelan que necesitarán uno para poder participar en el aprendizaje a distancia. Pedimos que las familias permanezcan en sus autos cuando recojan el iPad y entreguen los formularios. Solo los padres podrán cerrar sesión en iPads. Si necesita hacer otros arreglos para recoger el iPad, llámenos al (562) 789-3210.
